Yes. All our electrical installations and inspections are certified with a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and SANS 10142. We also conduct COC inspections for property transfers and rental compliance. If the inspection finds faults, we'll give you a written list and a quote to fix them, and re-issue the certificate once the work is done.

Larger properties and complexes may cost more.
