Our emergency line is answered around the clock. In the greater Johannesburg area we typically respond within 1 to 2 hours for urgent call-outs; for clients elsewhere in the country we'll agree response times when you call. When we arrive, the first job is making the situation safe: isolating the fault, disconnecting the damaged equipment, and confirming there's no ongoing hazard. Only then do we work on restoring supply, and we'll always tell you whether a temporary fix is acceptable or whether the permanent repair can't wait.

After the emergency is over, we don't disappear. If the fault was caused by something that will happen again — an overloaded circuit, an ageing installation, a cable that needs replacing properly — we'll say so and give you a clear quote for the permanent fix.
